Our Mission

Our mission is to demystify shooting for the average individual, empowering students to develop the knowledge, skills, and discipline to handle firearms with confidence and responsibility. By focusing on safety, precision, and proficiency, we provide a foundation that ensures every student leaves equipped to make a meaningful impact, whether on the range or in real-world scenarios.

Owner and Chief Instructor

Rashard is a proud Marine Corps veteran with a distinguished career in leadership, operations, and training, recognized through numerous military awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Valor, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and the Combat Action Ribbon. These honors reflect his dedication, bravery, and excellence throughout his service.

Beginning as an infantryman, Rashard advanced to become an Infantry Unit Leader and Senior Enlisted Advisor, leading a mechanized infantry unit. He further honed his skills as a U.S. Marine Corps Drill Instructor and later as an advisor and instructor at The Basic School in Quantico, VA, where Marine Corps Infantry Officers are trained.

As the Senior Enlisted leader for a Boat Company, Rashard demonstrated exceptional leadership in deployment strategies. He has completed advanced military courses, including the Infantry Unit Leaders Course, mastering the deployment of every weapon system in the Marine Corps arsenal, and the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA), where leadership and tactical deployment strategies are emphasized.

With multiple deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, and other global regions, Rashard served as a tactical advisor, unit leader, and operator, showcasing his ability to lead under diverse and challenging conditions.

Now, as the founder of No Impact No Idea, Rashard leverages his military discipline and expertise alongside his certifications as an NRA instructor in Pistol and Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) courses. As a Chief Range Safety Officer and Tennessee-certified Concealed Carry instructor, Rashard is committed to fostering confidence, competence, and safety in the shooting sports and firearms training community.
